Parris Hibbler, a pastor, community leader, business operator, and advocate dedicated to strengthening the Granville District through education, outreach, and economic development. He currently operates 12 commercial units within the district, creating opportunities for businesses, community programs, and collaborative growth. His work includes providing tutoring services for K4–12th grade students in reading and math, operating a food pantry that serves local families, managing a recording studio and media company that support creative development, and leading community-centered initiatives through his church.
