Your supervisors will learn HOW to really BE a supervisor … no longer a co-worker, buddy or foe. The skills needed are many and we WILL address ALL!
This is a fantastic opportunity to train new supervisors & supervisors asking for training.
What to do? Select up to two of your supervisors for the 2022 Supervisory Skills Workshop
Cost: Nothing for BID members
Where? To be determined. All COVID protocols will be observed.
When: Begins Tuesday, February 22. Eight weeks of training. One four-hour session per week. Ends April 12. ONLY 12 people can participate. HURRY to register YOUR employee(s).
